I was born and raised in Plainview, Nebraska.  I graduated from Plainview High School in 1990.  While in high school I was active in Basketball, Track, Band, Choir and Academic Contests.  I was also a member of 4-H, showing sheep and horses.  After high school, I attended Wayne State College and graduated in 1994 with a BAE in Vocational Homemaking.  After graduating, I taught at Butte for two years, Scribner-Snyder for three years, Battle Creek for five years, Stuart for three years and now at Leigh.  I live on a farm in Boyd County with my husband.
